How do I submit artwork?
You can e-mail your art to us at the e-mail listed above or you can bring it
directly to us. For the best results we prefer eps, jpeg, or psd files with a
resolution of at least 300 dpi. Please send the art in its purest form, not
embedded in word files or other document types. If you have access to
CorelDraw, we also love to receive the art in a cdr file in any version up to
X3. If you have further questions about artwork, feel free to call or e-mail
for more detailed explanation.
Can you engrave on my items I purchased elsewhere?
We can engrave on virtually any item, assuming it can fit in our equipment.
Some larger items we have to outsource, which takes a bit longer and may
be subject to shipping charges. You also have the option of us providing
you with a custom engraved plate with adhesive backing to place on the
item. If we can't get it done, we'll be happy to help you find someone who
can do it. Our number one goal is to make sure you get what you want and
leave our store with a smile.
Can you engrave in the typeface I want?
We have hundreds of typefaces available to choose from. In the event we
don't have the font of your choice, we will be glad to use it if you can
provide us with the font file either on disk or by e-mail. Just go to your
font folder on your computer, usually c:windows/fonts, and attach it to an
e-mail or save it to disk. We currently only accept windows fonts, but
there are many freeware programs available on the net to help you convert
Mac fonts to PC versions. When it comes to trophy plates, unlike other
businesses who use only a standardized font, we take pride in our efforts
to tailor the font to the team name and age group of the recipients
whenever possible, thus making the trophies all the more special and
unique.
